Table Here.
It was dark.
This was the first thing that registered in Thundercracker's mind when he woke. The next was that he was lying on the floor in a very uncomfortable position. Finally, he noticed that his wings were aching, though it was faint and at the very least tolerable.
He picked himself up, sitting on the floor as he looked around and his optics adjusted themselves to the darkness. He was in some sort of cell, that much he could guess, what with the bars on one side of the room. He shook his head, as internal diagnoses popped up in his mind, informing him that his weapons had all been disabled. Despite this, he seemed perfectly fine.
Certain that he was fine, he set to figuring out just what was going on. Here he was, in a dark cell in some unknown place, and he didn't even know how he had ended up here. Searching his memory banks, he found nothing that could serve as an explanation for his current circumstances. In fact, his memory banks ended with his slipping into recharge beside Skywarp and Starscream...
Speaking of his trine, he wondered where they were as he attempted to activate his communications array, only to find that even that was offline. He grimaced, looking through the bars. It was much less dark past them, with a faint pink tint to the area.
He stood up, using the nearby wall for support before stepping towards the bars. His foot came down upon something slippery, and he found himself skidding towards the bars. Throwing his arms before him, he braced himself for the impact.
Which never came.
When he lowered his arms, he realized that he had actually slid straight through the bars. Picking himself back up, Thundercracker turned, reaching out to touch the pink bars, only for his hand to pass straight through.
It was a hologram then. He wondered briefly who would go to great pains to imprison him here, only to make it so easy to escape...
'What if that's part of their plan?' he thought, as he peered at the bars more closely. He could see his cell more clearly now, and saw that there was another mech in there, lying upon the floor and barely illuminated by the pink light from the bars. He almost called out to the mech, before jerking back when he realized the mech was, in fact, dead and the substance he had slipped on was none other than the mech's internal fluids.
He felt a little sick at the thought, but nevertheless turned away and looked down the wide corridor he was standing in now. It appeared that his cell had been at the very end, and the only lighting was the faint glow of seemingly hundreds of pink bars.
'Skywarp. I need to find him.'
Thundercracker had no doubts that his wingmate was more than capable of taking care of himself. He just didn't trust the mech to stay out of trouble when alone, more so if he had been imprisoned here as well.
He grimaced, staring down the dark corridor, wondering where he was, why he was here. He spared the dead mech a brief thought, before completely casting him out of his mind.
With no other option than to return to his cell and remain there, Thundercracker began to walk.
