November Goals Post

beaslaysAll right, so I've been thinking of using this journal for some personal stuff as well, and I figured I might as well start with a goals post for November.
School
November takes up the bulk of our two-month long third quarter, and we never have finals this quarter. Every test and activity counts. I figure that since I usually get 70 - 90% on tests without studying much, I should be able to ace every test if I do actually study.
So for November, I want to get 90-100% on every test, which entails understanding everything, not just memorizing. I will study before getting on the computer.
Fitness & Health
Exercise is one of the activities I'm less fond of...no surprise I'm sickly and overweight. I just can't take most of the common exercises seriously, it seems.
This November, I'm going to play DDR every other night for fifteen to thirty minutes, followed by some sit-ups for however long my stomach can handle.
Writing
NaNoWriMo. What else?
Well, I do have a Big Bang to write, as well as a few fics to work on. NaNo takes priority this month though. Scrivener shall be my aid! Also I'm hoping not to forget the daily status updates.
There'll be at least one day where I won't be able to access the internet though, due to a school activity that has my class sleeping in school for one night. I plan on writing that day's word count the day before.
Art
Considering I finally have Photoshop installed, I plan on drawing most of my characters (incidentally also related to NaNo). I really need to build up my portfolio, so concept art and scenes will be abundant.
This November, I'll be working to finalize the designs of one character each week, and accomplish two finished pieces.
Gaming
To make room for school and NaNo, I plan to sacrifice my gaming time. I'll still play games on and off, mostly P3P and FFIV After Years when I'm out of the house.
At most, I'll be playing around on Neopets and VDex. I'm hoping to finish NeoQuest before November ends.
College Applications
It has just sunk in that "College" is going to replace "School" in less than a year. Urk.
Anyway, I have one more application to submit, incidentally to the school I really want to go to. The College of St. Benilde is like...the only one of the major schools that offer actual art courses.
So, yeah, my schedule this month's going to be revolving mostly around NaNo and school. I also want to get into the habit of updating my planner and actually, y'know, using it.
Looking forward to this month, and definitely gonna try to be more productive.
Also: Persona 4 The Animation! Transformers Prime season two! Kings! Beast Machines! So many goddamn shows to watch!
